    Здавейте колеги,

    Аз съм от САЩ но сега живея в София—до следващата есен. (Уча български но мисле че вашият език е много трудно—but I try.)

    Как е мнение от Ауди V10s? В САЩ има нови продукти за по-бързо карене за 4F S6. Също тук?

    Как си казвам б български:

    - Fuel injector

    - ignition coil pack

    - spark plug

    - misfires

    - carbon buildup: натрупване на въглерод

    Здравейте. Колата ми има много проблеми, но наѝ-голям са "fuel injectors" (бензин). Аз намерам едно място б Гърция който мога да ги чистя с една ANSU система. Но аз имам нужда гараж б София да ги премахнете.

    може ли да ви препоръча добро място?

    (Съжалявам, аз все още уча български.)

    I may need to do a carbon cleaning for the v10 5.2FSI in my S6. I am also new to Sofia and my Bulgarian is not good. 
     
    I am asking for suggestions on service in Sofia:
    - porschebulgaria.bg shows 1 audi and 2 vw dealers. is one of these the best for this type of service?
    - or, is there a very good independent Audi shop that you recommend for foreigners - and speaks good English?
     

    I може да се наложи да се направи почистване на въглен за v10 5.2FSI в моя S6. Аз също съм нов в София и моят български не е добро. 

    Аз питам за предложения за услуги в София: 
    - Porschebulgaria.bg показва едно ауди и два VW дилъри (porschesofiajug.bg & porschesofiaiztok.bg). е една от тях най-доброто за този вид услуга? 
    - Или, има много добър независим Audi магазин, който ви препоръчваме за чужденци - и говори добър английски език?

    "I am new to Sofia and my car just arrived from the US. Before it left, the car had a misfire cyl 8 problem (P0308). Does anyone have a vagcom I can borrow? I am in Lozenets near the James Borchier metro"

     

    Аз съм нов в София и колата ми току-що пристигна от САЩ. Преди да тръгна, колата имаше прекъсване на запалването на цилиндри 8 проблем. Някой има ли vagcom мога да взема на заем? Аз съм в Лозенец в близост до метрото Джеймс Borchier

    More: I changed the coilpack before shipping the car, but it did not fix the problem. I just tried BG-44K to clean the fuel injectors, but I still get the flashing CEL.  If that doesn't work, I may need a carbon cleaning. Has anyone done this at the dealer?

    Hi all, or should I say, "dober den" (which is the extent of my Bulgarian so far...)

     

    I failed in my attempt to sell my S6 in DC, my best offer was USD $17K. I figured that at that price, I'd bring it over and drive it here instead. So I put the car on a boat and apparently it's already here in customs. I'm living in Lozenets and I've already seen a few S6/8 v10s in the neighborhood, so please wave when you see me pass. That would hopefully be in a week or two.

    You guys are all really great. I'm very thankful for all the comments - in English AND in Bulgarian. 

     

    I'm going to buy a 3-4 year old used car because I hate paying for depreciation - even in the US, and even more than paying for repairs. As long as the car is "new to me" then I'm happy. 

     

    I'm also looking forward to the next 3 years in Sofia. Everything thing I have heard so far makes me think it will be a wonderful time. Even if my car gets stolen - that's why we all pay for insurance, right? I may go to Germany to buy a car, but that's mostly to visit friends and take a long, slow drive through Europe. I'll have a couple weeks in August with nothing to do and no one for my kid to play with so why not go and explore? There will be plenty of time to drive around Sofia and Bulgaria.

     

    I look forward to my arrival and maybe even the chance to meet-up some day.

    That's what I'm trying to figure out - depreciation vs. fuel. I'm still tempted to bring the S6 because I think I'll only lose US $1500-$2000/year in depreciation. But I will probably spend the same amount in extra in fuel costs.

     

    But are you saying TDIs depreciate faster than the petrol version? or are you saying buy a 2010 model that has already lost a lot from depreciation? Currently I'm looking at prices for 2010/2011 models - and they didn't bring TDIs to the US back then.

     Why do you want to have a diesel here? If you drive less miles per year you would prefer to have a petrol one.

     

    It will be our first time living in Europe. I hope we'll be able to do a lot of road trips throughout the area. Also our first time near a real ski mountain...

     

    Besides, I realize I rarely redline my gas engines - too worried about speeding tickets.  And the v10 spoiled me with plenty of low end torque

    how much you looking for S6?

     

     The S6 would sell for maybe USD $24.000 in the US - how much in Sofia? 

     

    Are cars just crazy expensive there? I just drove a new Q5 3.0 TDI S-line and I liked it very much. But it sells for USD $60.000 NEW and I see this BG 2011 Q5 TDI S-Line for 70.000 - is that EUR or BGN? If it was BGN then that is still USD $50.000 for 3 years old. Am I doing something wrong?

    HaHa. Here is the post in proper English...

     
    I am moving from USA to Bulgaria this summer and want to get a second hand diesel TDI. I have a 2000 B5 S4 and 2007 S6 5.2 v10 in the US (I just bought the S6 this January and was selling the S4 :-(  ) I can still sell both cars in the U.S. or bring 1 to Sofia and use it to sell/trade for a good TDI.
     
    Can anyone tell me what to expect from the second-hand car market in Bulgaria?  The car would be imported under a diplomatic visa, so a buyer would have to pay local taxes. But they are both old, so it might not be too much?
     
    I am also looking for suggestions for TDIs I should consider - model & years. I'm hoping to get something that is 2-4 years old, but we don't get any TDI models in the US so I am not familiar with the choices.  I think we'll live somewhere near "Vitosha" and I hope to take frequent trips to Borovets/Bankso in the winter. Also, I'd prefer a manual, but an automatic/DSG will do.

    Моля те, прости ми лошо български, аз съм с Google превежда. 
     
    Аз съм се движат от САЩ в София това лято и искате да получите втора ръка дизелов TDI. Имам B5 S4 2000 и S6 5.2 v10 в САЩ 2007. Мога да продам и двете коли в САЩ или въвеждат от 1 до София и търговията. 
     
    Лесно да се продаде / търговията с внос автомобил на САЩ в София ли е? Може ли някой да ми каже какво да очакваме? Също така, аз съм гледам за предложения за по-TDI модел / година, което е добро за живот в София. Може би един Q5/A4 2.0T?
