Hello, I've been facing an issue with my Audi's drive select modes for the past month. The modes have disappeared from the menu, leaving only the option to raise and lower the vehicle. I visited the Audi dealership in Stara Zagora yesterday, but they were unable to resolve the problem. They mentioned that the car cannot recognize the module, as if it doesn't belong to the vehicle.
I purchased the car just three months ago, and the only modification I made was unlocking the TV while in motion at the beginning. However, two months later, the drive select modes (efficiency, comfort, dynamic) mysteriously disappeared. Audi has suggested a software update as a solution, but they warned of the potential risk of damaging the entire MMI system.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, and what do you think is the best way to resolve it?
