Колата е А8Л  4.2 бенз.  2003г.

Вчера както си пътувах.И приятелката се обърна да вземе нещо от задната седалка. И се изпъна назад  (задните седалки са малко далече колата е L) някак си след като го взе (В същия момент) съвпадение или не светна airbag-a.

Грешката е следната

01219 - Rear Side Airbag Igniter; Driver Side (N201)
            001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON

 

Какво ще рече това. Щом я изтрия пак се появява.

Огледай буксите под седалката-доста проблеми създават при разместване на седалката.Изключи и включи всяка букса която видиш и после пробвай да изтриеш грешката-трябва да се оправи

А някой ако може да обясни как се маха седалката или повдига.

1. find out which airbag has fault with VAGCOM tool

2. Disconnect ground terminal of the battery

3. remove rear seat bench. You need to pull the front of the seat up until the clips are disengage. After this you can see how it held in place with two metal straps under the seat. To disconnect you need to push the bech backward (pretty hard) and then up.

4. you will see a yellow connectors on each side of the seat. Connectors have sliding lock, three wires and are next to the side airbags. Annoyingly the connectors are placed right in the gap between the airbag and the seat. So it is easy to disturb the contacts by sliding or spilling something into this gap.

5. Since it was the first time issue, I decided to try WD40 on the contacts. It worked. Others made step further, cut of the connector and connected wires directly with cramps or solgering iron. If you up for this, you need to remove the airbag cover as well. Look the procedure in aforementioned ELSA. Note some sources on internet point, that cutting off the connector and directly connecting wires is the official Audi approved procedure.

6. put the wires back in place.

7. put the bench back

8. reconect the battery, set the correct time on the MMI

9. start the engine and wipe out the fault code with VAG COM. In my case the WD40 worked well and the fault did not come back. But next time I will replace the connectors with something else.

То и аз го четох тва. Ще видя Но иначе ВД40 ми оправи багажника като спря да се заключва.

За сега проблема се оправи. Преместих седалката най напред, и я вдигнах възможно най нагоре също и облегалката(седалките са от регулиращите се )  дръпнах рязко колана да заключи един път. Грешката  я изтрих и изчезна не пръкна отново, дано не се появява скоро.
