Проблем с климатика - ECON не изгасва

Имам проблем с климатика.Постоянно ми свети ECO бутона на климатроника и немога да я спра.А преди не беше така.Има ли проблем с фреона?Който може да помага.

По скоро е я някой датчик, я компресора.Ако си с BKD мотор, фреона можеш да го видиш в канал 063

 

 

а ако не си с BKD мотор, кажи кода му и ще ти кажа канала.

Да, най-вероятната причина е да си без фреон.

Ако до сега всичко е било ок, то вероятно фреона ти е заминал. Закачи я да си сигурен. Махал ли си акумулатор скоро?

Климатика не работи под +5С, пробвай да го пуснеш като се постопли.

Компресорът не се вклюва под определена температура, но разбира се това не пречи да се деактивира ECON режима.

ECON се деактивира и автоматично при пускане на обдухване на предното стъкло за да го изсуши.

VBI, и при мен на ФИС-а показва сутрин -5, но ECON не ми свети?

Както написах в първия си пост, залагам на някой датчик (надали колегата се опитва да си пусне на охлаждане в тези студове).

Не е нужно да опитва - системата не би му позволила да опита ако няма фреон. А това е типичният признак при липса на фреон. 

Но разбира се е само една от възможните причини.

Просто предположих, че може да е от температурата навън, но действително дори да не се включи компресора би трябвало поне да угасне екон-а .

Много хора не знаят каква е идеята на копчето ECON. Чувал съм нелепици от типа "Еъркондишъна се пуска"

ECON бутона когато диодчето свети  значи, че е включен режим ECONOMY - Климатика е изключен

ECON бутона когато диодчето не свети - климатика е активен и при необходимост климатроника ще го използва.

 

Наистина най-оптимално е на 21 градуса и AUTO активно.

Моето мнение е че зимно време и дори лятото когато температурата не надвишава 15 градуса ECONOMY режима трябва да е включен.

 

Ако не можеш да го изключиш най-вероятно имаш проблем с климатика, би трябвало да има логната някоя грешка а може, според мен може и контролера да ти дава грешка.

Задължителна диагностика.

А трябва да усещаш разлика. За зимата имаш и електрически нагревател. Когато колата е в режим ECON, то тогава той не е активен. Пробвай да запалиш колата, температурата да сетнеш на Hi, ECON изключен и вентилатора на 1 или 2. Постави ръка пред дюзите. А сега се замисли от къде идва тази топлина?

Допълнителният нагревател е екстра до колкото ми е известно и не е час от стандартната конфигурация. Бих се радвал ако греша?

Съветът за включен ECON режим максимално често не е никак добър - това вижда сметката на компресора! Препоръката е Екон да е изключен дори през зимата и включен единствено тогава, когато допълнително охлаждане би могло да бъде използвано, но не е желано или когато потребителят предпочете по-влажен въздух в купето или когато разбира се разликата в разхода е от значение (но пак казвам, ако често и продължително компресорът не се ползва има риск да дефектира)

И аз си мислех така до скоро, но до тук всички коли, които съм закачал имат модул 7D-Aux. Heat. Тук става въпрос не за "печка", която  се предлага като екстра и може да се пали с дистанционно, а за най-прост сериен електрически нагревател.

Става дума за същия тип печка, но просто без дистанционно, което също е екстра.

Аз нямам Aux Heat модул, но и наличието му в списъка не е сигурен признак на наличието на нагревател. 

Но се отклонихме и доста от темата. Това би могла да е отделна такава. Просто исках да обърна внимание, че написаното от теб е само частен случай, тъй като се отнася за екстра.

Не мисля, че всички 8P излизат фабрично с нагревателя. В студа сутрин и с ECON on/ off все едно и също време му трябва да започне да духа топлото. 

 

Някъде четох, че компресора е постоянно зацепен, но според изискването си изменя натоварването?

И както вече казах, тук не говорим за "печката", поставяна като екстра за скандинавските страни, а за Electric auxiliary air heater, поставян при дизеловите агрегати. "Печката" е нещо съвсем друго и до колкото си спомням, тя не е бе на ток (иначе ще запалите, ама друг път, ако я пуснете да загрее колата 30 минути преди да отидете реално при нея).

J Readout = off or 0 (no activation)

The additional heater heating element -Z35 is not activated.

A shut-off condition applies which does not permit activation of the additional heater heating element (ADisplay group 2).

J Readout = on or 1 (there is a request)

The additional heater heating element -Z35 is activated by the control unit -J604.

 

 

Display zone 2

 

Voltage at additional air heater control unit -J604 in Volts.

J Readout = above 12.0 V

If the voltage is below 12.0 V, check the voltage supply and earth connection to the -J604.

 

Display zone 3

 

Current flowing via additional heater heating element -Z35 in Amperes.

J Readout = below 0.050 A

The additional heater is off (A Display zone 1).

J Readout = 1 A to approx. 77 A

Current flowing via additional heater heating element -Z35.

The displayed current rating may fluctuate heavily. It is dependent on the various influencing variables (A Notes).

Heat output absorbed/discharged by additional heater heating element -Z35.

The heat output is calculated by the additional air heater control unit -J604 (from the voltage displayed in display zone 2 and the current displayed in zone 3).

The additional heater is off (A Display zone 1).

J Readout = 12 W to approx. 1000 W

Calculation example: 13 V x 70 A = 910 W

The displayed power output may fluctuate heavily. It is dependent on the various influencing variables (ANotes).

 

K Notes:

J The maximum heat output of the additional heater heating element -Z35 is 1000. It is regulated by the control unit -J604 by way of various influencing variables.

 

J The power consumption of the additional heater heating element -Z35 may fluctuate heavily depending on various environmental conditions. The following environmental conditions have a decisive influence on the power consumption: Ambient temperature, fresh air blower speed, setting of temperature flap, alternator load and onboard power supply control unit -J519 vehicle voltage.

 

J During the first 4 minutes after engine starting the power consumption can be limited by the onboard power supply control unit -J519 to around 50 percent of the maximum possible output (e.g. after an engine start at a low ambient or engine temperature to enable the battery to recover).

 

J Preconditions for maximum power consumption of the -Z35: Low temperature of air through the additional heater heating element -Z35 (low ambient temperature and a cold heater/air conditioner heat exchanger), a large flow of air through the additional heater heating element -Z35 (high fresh air blower speed and both temperature flaps at full heat), low alternator load and no power reduction by the onboard power supply control unit -J519 (all electrical consumers off and engine speed above 2000 rpm).

In vehicles with a heater (without air conditioner) the switch in the heater control operated by way of the temperature selection rotary knob is opened and closed.

In vehicles with an air conditioner, the data from the Climatronic control unit -J255 are transferred over the convenience system data bus.

J Readout = 0

The -J255 sends a request for additional heat output to the control unit -J604.

The switch in the heater control is closed (the temperature selection rotary knob is at full heat or shortly before - max. 15 percent of its adjustment range before the full limit, at the output of the -J604, contact 3 in the 20-pin connector the voltage is below 5V).

J Readout = 1

The -J255 sends no request for additional heat output to the control unit -J604 (the -J255 has calculated that to attain the preset temperature no additional heat output is required).

The switch in the heater control is closed (the temperature selection rotary knob is at full cold - more than 15 percent of its adjustment range before the full limit, at the output of the -J604, contact 3 in the 20-pin connector the voltage is above 5V).

 

Display zone 2

 

Shut-off of additional heater due to coolant temperature.

The coolant temperature is transmitted by the control unit in dash panel insert -J285 over the convenience system data bus.

J Readout = 0 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 on)

The coolant temperature is below approx. 75 °C, additional heat output is required.

The switch in the heater control is closed (the temperature selection rotary knob is at full heat or shortly before, earth is connected to the output of the -J604 contact 3.

J Readout = 1 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 off)

The coolant temperature is above approx. 75 °C, no additional heat output is required.

 

Display zone 3

 

Shut-off of additional heater due to engine speed.

The engine speed is transmitted by the control unit in dash panel insert -J285 over the convenience system data bus.

J Readout = 0 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 on)

The engine speed is above 500 rpm.

J Readout = 1 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 off)

The engine speed is below 500 rpm.

 

Display zone 4

 

Shut-off of additional heater due to inadequate vehicle voltage.

The request for power reduction to shut off  is transmitted by the onboard power supply control unit -J519 over the convenience system data bus (A Display group 003, zone 1).

J Readout = 0 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 on)

The vehicle voltage is within the permissible range.

J Readout = 1 (activation of additional heater heating element -Z35 off)

The vehicle voltage is too low.

The activation is by an earth signal switched by the heater control at contact 3 of the additional air heater control unit -J604 (A Display group 2, zone 1).

Сега погледнах лог от колата на колега (fifipaldi) с бензинов двигател, да наистина колите с бензинови двигатели нямат Electric auxiliary air heater, за разлика от нас които сме с дизелови двигатели. То е очевидно защо де!

Аз нямам лог,но имам разпечатка с оборудването на колата и е отбелязано.Доколкото разбирам това отопление действа когато ECON не свети,т.е. пуснат е климатика.

По този начин си осигурявам някаква (макар и минимална) топлина, освен разбира се подгрева на седалките (никога повече кола без тази екстра).

Ако ти е налична Electric heater и искаш да е изплозваш ECON трябва да не свети-т.е. да е пуснат климатика.

Ще го изпробвам и споделя.
